Not sure what it was they had to replace to correct the issue but the repair caused the brakes to start squeaking and had to have the brakes replaced. The exhaust noise is marvellous and with the 6 speed manual and higher rev limit it's a real driver's car. That was for two tires. Modestly scaled but nicely finished, the cabins on these two-doors share a common basic design with lots of soft-touch surfaces, leatherette or real leather trim, and wood or brushed aluminum accents. Both front and rear suspensions are mounted to solid but well-insulated subframes to decrease transmission of road noise into the passenger compartment. You would think it would not be good in the snow, but it is all wheel drive, and believe it or not, it is great in the snow. The only downside has been the breakdown and rather expensive replacement of hoses, gaskets, pumps, etc. They also engineer the cars with a level of attention and detail with which I've never experienced with other vehicles I've owned. The sedan's and wagon's stability control system integrates several brake-related features, such as wiping the pads in the rain wet brakes don't stop too well and snugging the pads to the rotors when the driver lifts off the throttle, which increases brake responsiveness. On the upside, gauges are legible, controls well-positioned for the most part, and power assists plentiful, including a one-button top mechanism on convertibles and one-touch moonroof activation on the coupes.
